Spanish Summer Camp (Ages 10-13)

Our summer program for youth is an accelerated academic program focused on improving learners’ comprehension and communication skills in Spanish. Classes have a strong emphasis on conversation and literacy skills. We welcome beginners as well as experienced learners, including those raised with Spanish in the household. Native or near-native speakers teach classes entirely in Spanish with extensive experience in language instruction.

Weekly Themes

Each week is centered on the language and culture of a Spanish-speaking region of the world. Lessons that highlight traditions, cuisine, pastimes, and history promote intercultural awareness through the use of authentic texts, videos, and activities.
